Product Description:

The main core material of EPS line is polystyrene foam board, which is formed into rectangular foundation components through mold at high temperature, and the surface is covered with alkali resistant glass fiber mesh cloth to enhance structural stability, and then sprayed with special mortar to form a protective layer. Its active ingredient content reaches 90%, with a vertical tensile strength of ≥ 0.1Mpa, a bending strength of 175Mpa, and a compressive strength of 0.16Mpa, meeting the national A-level standard. This composite structure not only ensures the lightweight of the lines (with a much lower density than traditional gypsum or cement components), but also enhances safety through high hardness (grade 98) and fire resistance (grade B), with a fire resistance temperature reaching the high temperature threshold.
