According to statistics, there is a significant difference in the price of EPS lines, with high and low variations. The lowest prices for commonly used styles range from 2-3 yuan per meter. One reason for the large price difference of EPS lines is that they use different polystyrene board materials. There are three types of polystyrene board materials on the market, one with a bulk density of less than 10 kilograms per cubic meter, one with a bulk density of less than 15 kilograms, and one with a bulk density of 18 kilograms or more, even 25 kilograms or more. Polystyrene board with a bulk density of 18 kilograms per cubic meter is the standard bulk density for EPS lines. If EPS lines want to have texture, high safety, and long service life, they need to use polystyrene board with a bulk density of 18 kilograms per cubic meter, while 10 kilograms and 15 kilograms are reduced versions of polystyrene materials. The reduction of materials will correspondingly reduce their effectiveness, safety, and service life.
